I'm use to taking high stim pre workouts, I wanted to try something new, I picked this for the ingredients and curiosity. At first, it cause some stomach upsets, after a week though, I got use to it. I do fasted workouts, that's a factor for the reaction. Overall, it's a great product. Just like my go to high stim pre workout, without the palpitations. Keeps you focus, and great for long, heavy workouts.

Note: only taking about 18g of it (3 scoops, 6g scooper.) The giant scooper that comes with this is scary (30g,) if your not as big as Christopher.
