I had always considered collagen to be pill form for some reason and it is maybe better value in terms of dose and how long a bottle lasts but if, like me, you like convenience too and you're tired of taking more tablets, then this powder is decent - i just add another scoop of this daily to my breakfast smoothie or in with my protein and creatine and I don't even notice it. Great way to keep them tendons and joints flexible and strong and highly recommended

This collagen powder types I and III is a great way to look after your hair and skin in a way that no beauty product is going to help. This is just removing all the marketing and getting the ingredients which will benefit you. I have sensitive skin and i feel one of the benefits i have noticed from using this SAN collagen is it has made my skin more hardy to reactions so i can use creams and sprays that i wasn't able to before :)
