Pro: It mixes well and won't leave lumps of powder even if you don't shake it well. The initial vanilla flavor is decent, but on the weaker side. I do not experience bloating or gassiness after taking this product.

Con: It has a "soapy" or lotion-like aftertaste that doesn't linger, but is definitely noticeable for people with more sensitive taste buds. Sadly, that alone is enough for me to give it 1/5 since I now have to force-feed myself each time I drink this product.

It is easy to prepare, i like the taste. it makes me feel full throughout the day which helps me reduce weight. I am 95kls when i started, with proper workout and diet i resuced it to 78kls as of this moment and i am still targeting my normal weight 52-64kls.

I will continue using this until i reach my goal.
