Pros: Very good appetite suppression. I survived below BMR caloric deficits (which I do not recommended by the way) by using this and lost 5.0 lbs in a little over a week. Can also serve as a pre-workout as it gives good stimulation.

Cons: As the name implies, stimulation is intense. Generally you can tolerate the succeeding doses but you can feel drowsy when you stop taking it abruptly. I recommend that you lower the frequency from 2 tablets to 1 tablet a day if you are already on the last week of taking this so that you'll not feel drained and drowsy.

You could really feel how intense it is. Your stamina becomes stronger while your appetite starts to depreciate. You would literally sweat a lot. Not advisable for those with weak heart as you will palpitate during the 1st week of intake.
